The menu is as follows:
Starter
S1. Smoked salmon, Atlantic prawns,
served with Marie Rose sauce.
S2. Seasonal melon served with prosciutto ham,
citrus vinaigrette, coriander cress and ciabatta crisp.
S3. Duck liver pate with a red onion chutney.
Main
M1. Corn fed Breast of chicken served with mushrooms,
dauphinois potatoes, green beans and Madeira sauce.
M2. Braised lamb shank.
M3. Mushroom Risotto.
Dessert
D1. Home made bread and butter pudding with hot custard.
D2. Vanilla pod panna cotta.
D3. Mini pavlova with fresh summer berries.
Freshly brewed coffee or tea to follow
